Eligibility
- Engagement limited to entities meeting Qualified Purchaser (QP), Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB), or Professional Client thresholds in their respective jurisdictions
- Minimum AUM threshold: USD 10,000,000
- Retail clients are not eligible
- Counterparty qualification is verified prior to material release

Engagement materials disclose the following risk categories in writing prior to material release: model risk, data risk, regulatory risk, operational risk, and counterparty risk. The disclosure is repeated in the master service agreement.
