- Counterparty intake: name, work email, organization, role, and stated access interest, submitted via the access request form.
- Engagement data: contractual metadata and validation inputs as defined in the master service agreement.

Retention
Visitor server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days. Counterparty intake data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the regulatory minimum. Data is deleted upon written request, subject to legal hold obligations.

SPORTINDEX uses only technically necessary cookies for session management and security. The site does not deploy advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
